Illinois - mathew hershberger was an excelent representative for gerber collision and glass at 8250 skokie blvd. skokie, ill. 60077 I brought my car into Gerber on Feb ll and it was ready on Feb l2. Matthew reviewed the repair to my car, it was delivered clean and in perfect repair. Matthew Hershberger was very courteous and did a complete job --from the exteimate to the finished work and return and pick-up of my car/he also reviewed the warranty. I certainly will use Gerber with a future repair job and will recommend Gerber very highly to my friends. David A. Solovy

Washington - Not positive as to location - technician did the repair where I work. Great job, Derek was really nice and communicated well. However, I did not get a receipt/invoice for the work. I do need this for my records and if any warranty service is needed in the future. Thank you.

Colorado - John came to the house to put in a new windshield on my 2008 Suzuki. He came exactly the time he said he would arrive and I watched the procedure. John was very careful in removing the old windshield and did a very high quality job in placing the new windshield on the vechicle. I would recommend his workmanship to anyone.

Illinois - To Whom it May Concern, In the past 10 months since moving the the Crystal Lake area we have unfortunately been hit 3 times while parked in various parking lots and drive ways. As disappointing as it is that people out here don't know how to drive and that my vehicle is only a year old - The Crystal Lake Gerber location has repaired our Equinox like NEW each time!! We have a small child and I stay at home so a vehicle in working order is very important to us - they have coordinated a nice rental EACH time we've been in there. They are always prompt with their appointments and we have had no hassles what so ever in pick up's and returns. All the staff at this location have been friendly and accommodating. Colorado - Johnny came out to fix my rear side window. He was exceptionally courteous and very patient in helping to find a suitable parking spot where he could do the work on my car, seeing as I was located in downtown Boulder and parking was not easy. He did a great job replacing the window and cleaning the glass. Much appreciate the work he did.
