Illinois - It was a good experience to do business with this company. My back the back window in my car was replaced and I am very satisfied with the job. Illinois - Jose Real installed a replacement windshield today on my 2009 Subaru Forester. I would like to extend my thanks. Jose was very friendly and professional, and his work was tidy and completed in much less time than was estimated by the dispatcher. I very much appreciate that he was able to transfer the city sticker to the new windshield, which saved me the time and expense of purchasing a replacement sticker. My thanks go also to Jesse and Debbie for their assistance in quickly resolving a scheduling problem

Illinois - Great service.... great staff. Car is restored to a "brand new" condition. The guys handling my claim (David Martinez and Dina) were very informative and kept me updated twice a week. Honestly.... I would highly recommend Gerber!!

Arizona - Kim at the Mesa location was EXTREMELY helpful and just so sweet! She helped me fully understand the damage done to my vehicle as well as the procedures that would be taken to repair it. She helped me deal with the woman who hit me's insurance company and helped me keep my car. I owe her HUGE thanks, she was incredible! I will not be forgetting Kim or the excellent customer service she provided - I will definitely refer anyone who needs auto work to Kim!!!

Illinois - Let me just start off by saying that these guys bent over backwards for me. First they waited for me to get out of work to pick up my car. Then Matt Henneken took me to the back to transfer funds to pay my deductible. The work looks amazing, I am completely satisfied.
