Colorado - I just had my windshield replaced by Johnny Romero and was very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He is also a very personable guy and took the time to talk to me while I was probably bugging him as he was replacing the windshield. Fast, professional, courteous and friendly! Those are the best traits in an employee. He is a winner.

Illinois - I wanted to share my experience with Gerber. In two separate occasions I've used this company for two different replacements. Both in which I can say we, received an outstanding service. Our technicians were very polite and professional. They arrived on time, as i was promised. They took their time vacuuming the vehicles. I've had other replacements, and no one meets the customer service i received from Gerber, from start to finsh. I will definitely be using this company in the near future and recommanding it to my friends and family. Please extend my gratitude to both tech Ross and Robert.

I received awesome service today from your team at the Surrey location. My Kia Rio had a really awful worn area on my left door that looked almost white on my black car. Your auto body team buffed it out for me and it looks as good as new. This was all done in matter of minutes for me and I was on my way. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

The service I received was outstanding! Everyone was extremely friendly and made sure to take the time to explain what was happening. I particularly appreciated the extra time that the nice girl (Veronica?) took to explain my insurance and supplemental insurance to me. This is the 3rd time over the last 10 years that I had to use Boyd's services and I have never been disappointed. Thank you!

My last service was for hail damage that I thought for sure they would have to replace it, but with paintless dent repair they fix everything thing back to perfect. Colorado - I would like to give a 100% perfect review for Gerber Collision & glass...The service for the vehicle was perfect. It is more so the customer service I want to commend your business on. I was treated by your business as I wish all business exchanges would go. Jerry Valdez went FAR AND ABOVE what any employee would normally do for a customer. I got a flat tire in the rental car and called Gerber, at which time Jerry came out and helped me change the tire. After delivery of my car Gerber made sure the rental car was returned. In addition to all of these extras Gerber has a great system that kept me updated with the status of my car. I called my insurance company, Allstate, and made sure they understood what PERFECT service I received. I will send everyone I know to Gerber and wish this group of professionals all the best!! ...
