My experience at this location was excellent. Receiving caring customer service in this climate is rare, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience and the work completed exceeded expectations. I will gladly visit this location again and recommend it to others.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Amanda kept me in the loop as we waited for parts and was honest with me. I had to wait in the office for a while and they were all very friendly. My repair looks fantastic as well.

Ashley and Amber are rock stars!!!!! They made the overall experience I had with Gerber outstanding!!! They kept me informed of the progress of repairs to my car and when they would be finished; as planned my car was delivered on time. The repairs done to our vehicle were top notch and I am extremely pleased with the work. Thank you to the Ashley and Amber, and the whole Burford Team!
