The staff at Gerber Collision were very knowledgeable, personable and patient. From the start, the inspection of the damage, handling the insurance claim and loaner car, keeping you updated and informed of the progress to picking up my vehicle they were flawless. I was extremely happy with the finished repair, they went above and beyond. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my vehicle and it was completely cleaned on the inside as well. I am horrible with names but I believe her name is Stephanie (blonde girl) at the counter, she is definitely an asset to Gerber Collision.

A great review for Mike, Brendan and Jill (customer service) and the people who worked, put together, repainted and detailed my PT Cruiser. A little rough patch, waiting for parts and last minute phone calls. The outcome.... beautiful!!! Shiny and new. Keep this in mind, all when people are not yet wanting to return to work. Phil went above and beyond with my vehicle, I have had my vehicle in shops before and not only were they very professional and courteous they were fast and efficient. When I went to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned inside and out. They washed my truck which was amazing and once I went to get in my vehicle it was like I was getting into a brand new vehicle my truck was so clean on the inside and it smelled like a new truck as well! Phil did a great and amazing job and I would recommend everyone I speak to, to go to not only gerber but to also speak to Phil! I also have to say the woman (unfortunately I forgot her name) was super nice and professional as well!
