"The team at Gerber Collision-Buffalo Grove, IL is a great example of "Excellence in Customer Service" The receptionists at the front desk are kind and friendly and make sure that you are greeted and waited on the minute you walk through the door. The adjusters (especially Jim) are kind, patient and thorough when going over the damages of your vehicle and making sure that you understand everything that will occur before you leave the facility. Even the service managers and technicians make themselves available to you to explain any complications to your repairs. My particular repair was supposed to be quick, the auto manufacturer sent the wrong part and both Jim my adjuster and the repair manager came to let me know what happened, apologized for the mistake, asked me what course of action I wanted to take, then proceeded ... with the repair all while making me feel comfortable while wating. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone looking to get a vehicle repaired for any major or minor work that needs to be done to their car. If the service given at the Buffalo Grove, IL facility is any indication of service throughout the company (an I am sure it is), this is the best place in town for any of your collision or glass repair needs." read more

This shop is the best! Super helpful! Wonderful work, exceptional paint job. Thanks to everyone that helped me get my car back better than ever. Didn't even know that it was in an accident. Amazing people and fantastic work! Recommend it to anyone!! Great place to have your car fixed like brand new!! Thank you Gerber Staff! I hope I don't have another accident, but if I do, this is where I am bringing my car!!

For the last 10 years, we had used the great services of Gerber in Buffalo Grove. We had there just about every car we own. The service is friendly, and VERY professional. When they give you a start and finish date, it is always on time. Tom-the Production manager, is a master at GOOD customer service, and the quality of his work is perfect.
