My experience at Gerber was an A+. The staff reserved a rental car for me so I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my car for repair. Three days after I dropped off my car I received a voice mail from a staff member indicating that my car would need to be kept and additional 4 days. When I returned the call a staff person explained that additional work was identified and approved by Safeco. This caused the delay in completing the work. But, the staff confirmed that Safeco would continue to cover the cost of my rental car. When I picked up my car it was beautiful! The body work was top notch and they had thoroughly cleaned the interior. The interior was quite a mess when I brought it in for repair. The car looked like the car I bought 6 years ago! Every staff member I came in contact with was polite and professional.Thank you!!!

Brought my car in for repair. The staff was professional and quoted me a price and length of time the car would be needed for repair. They contacted me at least once a week to let me know what was going on and the car was done 4 days before the date they gave me. Very happy with the work that was done and Tony took me to the cafr to show me the work to know that I was happy with what they had done. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs and great service.

The staff was always helpful with any questions I had. Mark Wadzinski addressed any areas I noticed on the car after the work had been completed. He was attentive and very accommodating and always professional. Any time I've had repair work needed I've always brought it to Gerber and will continue to do so but hopefully not since I try to be as careful as possible with my vehicle :-)

The service and repair was excellent. I am very happy with the results. I also appreciated the thorough professional expertise of Mike Ciszek, who estimated the repair in a personable way. He was very clear with his explanation and estimate. I chose Gerber because it was recommended by my insurance company. I have gone to them previously with the same positive treatment and excellent service.

Everything looks great on the truck.Service on the phone & inperson was also excellent.The two ladies in the front could have used two more people.They were extremely busy & pepole were staring to complain.I would highly Wreck-ommend Gerber & for sure return for my own repairs.Thanks for service!

Got great reviews from Yelp and friends. Had other work done previously. Brought to this location because it was convenient to home and a State Farm repair facility. Treated great from the moment I came in the door to get the estimate from Cindy, to the call from Shane, the general manager to tell me when my car would be ready. Had to pick it up after hours. It was waiting for me in their parking lot, and It was gorgeous. The car was polished, clean, and my new bumper was perfect. Highly recommend! Would definitely use them again.

I am always impressed with my experiences with Gerber and this most recent repair was no exception. The staff was helpful and courteous. The estimator Mario Lira was very professional. The repairs to the rear quarter panel of my car were perfect. It's impossible to see that a repair was performed. The technician, Roman, is a true craftsman. He even buffed out some scratches on my drivers door. I am very happy with Gerber.

The service was excellent, made a difficult experience much easier. The repair to my car was done sooner than expected, and it looks great. The production manager, Tony Ashmore, was beyond accommodating. When I mentioned that I needed to take it to my mechanic for tire rotation he said he would have that done for me at no charge, that was a pleasant surprise and a much appreciated courtesy. Though I hope to not have cause to use their service again I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Entire process went smoothly. Everything from seeing and evaluating damage, filing report with USAA, and handling rental car arrangements went smoothly. The repairs were handled well, completed earlier then estimated and looks great. The men and women whom I had been in contact with were pleasant, respectful and knew their jobs. Well done!!!
