Jackie, Sarah and Nick all took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and kept me updated with how the repairs were going. My truck was completed days ahead of schedule. Gerber is awesome from the time I brought my car into the shop for an estimate to the time I brought the car in to be fixed to the time I picked the car up from being fixed. All of the personnel working there are very nice and are very knowledgeable.

I hit a raccoon. Damage didn't look bad but the car started dripping fluid. Gerber put my car to the front of the list rather than having to wait a couple weeks for it to be worked on. Gerber did a great repair job. They kept in constant contact (via texting and phone calls) with me throughout the entire job. Thanks Sarah and Jackie for keeping me informed. I will definitely recommend Gerber.

My car had a hefty amount of damages done to it from an accident I was unfortunately involved it from being rear ended. I have gone to gerber collision in the past and was happy with my experience so I went back to them again. They had my car done 4 days earlier then expected (I was a little nervous on that wondering if it was done the right way) and WOW. I was blown away when I picked my car up at how good it looks. I also love that they send you text messages updating you on the status of your vehicle, like pretty much every move so that you know what is going on the entire time they have your vehicle. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you for your excellent customer services and a as always phenomenal job done to my car!

Our truck was in an accident and it felt like pulling teeth dealing with the tow and the insurance company just to get the vehicle there for an estimate. Jackie has been such a gem, going above and beyond. She has validated our frustration and has shown nothing but compassion and solution based suggestions, and all of this before the car is even on their lot. If this is the level of quality and service that will be put into the repairs I am very grateful we chose Gerber.
