On a scale of 1-10, I wouldn't normally give a 10 because I feel there is always room for improvement. But in this case, I would give Gerber Collision a 10 because they went above and beyond my expectations. They were prompt. They were very curteous. And I loved that they sent me texts daily with updates of the progress of my repairs. They called Enterprise Car Rental for me and had them there before they even finished my paperwork. Everything was so efficient. Even the mechanics in the back were polite and quick to give me assistance. I would definitely and HIGHLY wreck-ommend these guys!

Despite the circumstances of being involved in a car accident, our experience with Gerber couldn't have been better! I especially would llike to recognize Shawn Weight, the General Manager at the Broken Arrow, OK location. He was EXTREMELY helpful and made us feel at ease from our first meeting while obtaining a repair estimate. He explained the entire process and was always available with questions or concerns we had during the repair process. Shawn definitely went above and beyond numerous times for us and also kept us informed as to the status of our repair throughout. We just could not be more pleased! Both Shawn and Ian kept me very informed on a weekly basis of the status of my car. It took almost 2 months to repair my car. This was not due to anything the staff at Gerber did or didn't do. The delay was due to the Hyundai dealership having challenges with installing the new bottom half of the engine. It took them 3 tries. I have had work done on several cars at Gerber/Craftsman. All of my experiences have been more than satisfactory. The fact that they were willing to pay my rental car expense once my rental insurance ran out, was way beyond my expectations. When I picked my car up, Ian walked me through all that had been done, provided me with the paperwork and showed me to my beautifully detailed car.
