Outstanding experience. My adjuster, Sam, gave me outstanding customer service, always followed up with me, answered my questions, gave me confidence that my repair would be done right and on time, and it was. Sam was professional, great communication skills, friendly and knowledgeable. And the same is true for the person at the front desk. She was able to answer all my questions when I came in, guided me thru the process, and demonstrated those same outstanding customer service, communication, and professionalism skills. Also, the collision specialists who worked on my car did a fabulous job, because my car looks like new. What a great experience. You have a great team here, and I will tell my friends about it.

I had my 2012 Toyota RAV4 repaired several times over the years due to my kids borrowing my car. I choose this location every time. Today was the first time that I returned about a collision repair from 2016. The latch has an issue and the bumper had a gap. He called to tell me it was ready, but he didn't like the way it looked so they're repainting it again. This Beetle is very special to me, and I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail.
