I went to Gerber, because it was highly recommended, and asked them to look at a scrape on my front fender. Amy got someone to come out and look at it right away--- Darin came out and "cleaned it " with ...something. All fixed, it was not a dent, just a scrape and he fixed it in 5 minutes. WOW!! This is an overdue review of Jeff and the team at the Boulder location. Our Subaru Outback was stolen and (fortunately!) recovered last summer, but with body damage and parts missing. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the process from start to finish, both working with insurance, and the most logical order for all of the diagnostic, repair, and cleaning steps to happen. He was frank and answered our questions honestly and straightforward. He made sure every detail was taken care of and whenever a complication arose, he worked to resolve it thoroughly and promptly. Our car is operating and looking as good as new, and in all honesty, much cleaner than before it was stolen.

Jeff B. the Manager in Boulder Assisted me with several scratches on the rear bumper of my daughtre-in-law's brand new BMW X3. He suggested that he would touch it up for free as I was a repeat customer. He repaired the scratches is several hours an I was on my way. He is a great guy and I will definitely send friends and relatives to his shop.

Yes, I recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for their high-quality work guided by Jeff B., General Manager. He earned my trust in his expertise when he assessed the parking lot dings, scrapes, scratches as minor paint issues that could be made invisible by using a touch-up paint pen from the Ford Dealer nearby. I was relieved a $30 solution existed because other body shops identified an $800-$1,200 solution to remove plastic rear bumper from 2009 Lincoln MKZ, sand and paint it back to a new shine. Jeff offered to assist in applying the paint pen. When I returned two weeks later with the touch-up pen, Jeff volunteered to do the touch up work himself. Results were astonishingly wonderful: A lovely pearl white rear bumper with the dings and scrapes near invisible. Oh my gosh! Jeff and his crew were so communicative, so prompt and so courteous. I hope I never have to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I'm heading right over there.
