Got rear-ended in traffic on Hwy 95. Repairs took just a week and a half from the time I dropped it off until I picked it up! I expected it to take months to get all the parts and do all the repairs and paint. Paint matches perfect on a 10 year old car. They used all Toyota OEM parts, and even upgraded my trailer hitch from $150 Draw Tite to a $600 Toyota hitch. Kept me super informed every step of the way by text. Extremely pleased with quality of work and level of customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Hope I never get in a car accident again, but if I do, I know where I will take the car. I had work done a few weeks ago when they were called John Harris Body Shop. They did a great job on my car. It took a few weeks but it was worth the wait. They were very good about keeping me updated on the progress (or lack of progress), and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop for collision repair.
