The service and workmanship was so excellent and cost effective I brought my vehicle back for more repairs! Their paint department did an excellent job matching the OEM color I was blown away. My first impression of the shop put me at ease, the young blonde slender lady that greeted me quickly welcomed me and made me feel like the only customer. Which is impressive because there were many things happening at once. The waiting room is well maintained and clean. The coffee and tea choices were very welcoming touch if I had to wait for longer than a few minutes (which I didn't need to wait). As for the final repair, it was completed in the time promised and they even did a clean up of my interior which is above and beyond the service I expected. And the actual body work look like the accident never happened! Gerber will be my first choice in ... the future and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I hope that the employees or staff are well paid as everyone I came in contact with and by the excellent workmanship that they are quality minded people. read more
