I had an excellent customer service experience during my recent visit at Gerber Collision. Marc M. is absolutely the best. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me. He also listened carefully to my concerns, offered clear solutions, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. It's rare to receive service that feels both efficient and personal, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and positive attitude. Outstanding experience overall.
