I was extremely pleased with the service, the kindness of the staff and the repairs on my vehicle after colliding with a deer. They kept me informed, daily, on the status of the work. They also let me know when it was completed, which was faster than anticipated. I couldn't be happier! Thank You!

Your location lookup is very confusing it doesn't show the city so the location indicitation is wrong and i I took my Honda CRV to location Park st Madison Wisconsin and they shipped it to Oshkosh Wisconsin. When I got it back when it rained the roof was leaking and the sun roof would not open up. I took it to location Commercial Av Madison Wi. It is still there and hopefully it will get fixed properly. i often don't leave reviews.but gerber at owens cross roads did such a great job i had to.the paint and body shop did perfect work.tiara was dead on when it came to the estimate. and nikki was great with the paperwork when i picked the truck up.hard to find a good body shop theses days but owens cross roads gerber was great.very pleasant people.thanks.
