I feel more than obligated to express my satisfaction with the experience I had at Gerber Collison and Glass after a recent accident. From start to finish, the staff was professional, communicative, and made a stressful situation easy to manage. The service advisor, Mclain Y., did an outstanding job of explaining the entire repair process, keeping me informed at every step, and answering all of my questions patiently. I received prompt updates on the progress of my 2015 Chevy Suburban, and the final repairs were completed ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is phenomenal. My Suburban looks brand new-the paint is flawless, and all of the repairs are seamless. It's clear that the technicians pay meticulous attention to detail.
