Erica, Kim and Jose exceeded every expectation when I dropped my car off to be fixed. Not only is their customer service at the top level, but they also go above and beyond to walk you through the process and keep you updated on the process of your car being fixed. I have been working on my master's degree, so I have let small chores go to the wayside, including cleaning my car. I was so pleasantly surprised to get my car back detailed, washed, and vacuumed out. I was not expecting that at all, so I was so grateful they took the time to make sure my car was not only perfect on the outside but also perfect on the inside. Thank you so much for all your hard work! It does not go unnoticed, and it is very much appreciated. from one happy customer!!

I'm a 74 yr old female and most of the time merchants try and take advantage and over sell services. Gerber demonstrates honesty and integrity. All of the staff were fabulous but a special thanks to Crystal acevas and Jose who went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Great people and great job! I highly recommend Gerber for auto body work.
