I brought my car in Monday it was in a accident the the back needed some work done to it they did a rear body and floor trunk LID rear lamps rear bumper. I stopped in and spoke to Vito regarding an estimate for some scuffs in my front quarter panel. He pulled the car in and took care of them while I waited and did not charge me for the service. There is a reason I drive by at least 6 other shops on my way to this one. You don't get service like this often. I have always been pleased with the work they have done for me.

I had my BMW repaired at Gerber Auto in Aurora and was completely satisfied by their service. I would like to comment on the professionalism of their personnel. Joseph S. explained the estimate as well as the time it would take for the repairs. The receptionist Michelle was very courteous and prompt waiting on me to schedule the appointment, as well as explaining the rental car pick up. I would recommend this location if you are in need of repairs. I am very particular about my car and they exceeded my expectations! Thank You.
