I stopped in and spoke to Vito regarding an estimate for some scuffs in my front quarter panel. He pulled the car in and took care of them while I waited and did not charge me for the service. There is a reason I drive by at least 6 other shops on my way to this one. You don't get service like this often. I have always been pleased with the work they have done for me.

I had my BMW repaired at Gerber Auto in Aurora and was completely satisfied by their service. I would like to comment on the professionalism of their personnel. Joseph S. explained the estimate as well as the time it would take for the repairs. The receptionist Michelle was very courteous and prompt waiting on me to schedule the appointment, as well as explaining the rental car pick up. I would recommend this location if you are in need of repairs. I am very particular about my car and they exceeded my expectations! Thank You.

First of all, Robert, our contact person who set everything up, was absolutely superb: straightforward, honest, helpful--always educating us and ensuring that we had stellar service. My wife and I are extremely appreciative of Robert going above and beyond. Please recognize his service. The body shop people did a beautiful job on the crumpled door, mirror and fender. In addition, they graciously cleaned our mats and dashboard, washed the car, and even replaced a burned-out brake light. Wow! I will be recommending Gerber to anyone who needs repair work.

I had paintless dent repair done on my car due to hail damage, so the PDR job was contracted out to a 3rd party; however, Gerber handled the entire process between the 3rd party, myself, and my insurance. Robert and the front of the house staff were very friendly. Robert did a great job explaining the process of PDR and the billing process. The only thing I think they can improve on is a more communication. The PDR company did not get to work on my vehicle the date of my appointment so a phone call or email would have been nice. All in all, it was a fine experience and I will go back to this location again for future business. They also washed an detailed the inside of my car!
