The repair on my car was excellent and Jim and Michelle couldn't have been more nice and accommodating, sending me regular updates about the status of my repair and giving me car care tips afterwards. Michelle completely took car of the process of getting me a loaner car. They both made everything so easy and seamless in this entire process which I really appreciated! Unfortunately, we had to take two different vehicles here for separate collision repairs; very fortunately, Gerber was phenomenal from start to finish. From scheduling to the appointment to getting the estimate to dropping off the vehicle to communicating about repairs to pickup at the end, everyone there was professional and eager to please!
