I had an outstanding experience with Dylan at the Gerber Collision & Glass location on New York St. I reached out after struggling to source a part through Toyota , specifically, the foam strips that adhere to the radiator/condenser on my Toyota Sienna. Dylan was incredibly sympathetic, patient, and eager to help. He invited me to stop by with the old part so he could take a closer look. I brought in the original radiator I had removed, and right away, Dylan understood exactly what I was referring to. Without hesitation, he explained that those particular foam strips are no longer in production , something he had already encountered personally while trying to order them himself. His depth of knowledge, transparent communication, and overall cordial demeanor made the experience not only stress-free but surprisingly enjoyable. He made ... me feel heard and respected , a rarity these days. Before I left, he even made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed.
