Gerber did a great job repairing my car! I really appreciate their customer service. Michael even dropped me off at my office and picked me up when my car was ready. He also kept me up to date on the status of my car throughout the repair process. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and it was ready the following Tuesday. It worked out perfectly since I went out of town on Friday after I dropped it off on Wednesday and got back Monday. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and will bring my car back here if I ever need any repairs done in the future. Thank you Gerber!

I would like to leave feedback specifically for my interactions with Emily S., the Production Manager at your Atlanta-Midtown location... After several negative conversations (with the former Production Manager) about the interior flooding damage caused by repairs made to my vehicle in December 2018, I was forced to file a formal complaint with my insurance company and take my vehicle to another body shop to be repaired. Until my first interaction with Emily on April 4, 2019, I would have rated my experience with Gerber as 1 star or less; however, Emily's honesty, professionalism, and sincere desire to correct the damage done to my vehicle has completely changed my opinion about my experience with Gerber. Prior to my interactions with her, I would never have stepped foot in another Gerber facility - but now I know I have someone I can ... trust at the Midtown-Atlanta location.
