I had my SUV in for some body work and had the pleasure of working with Ron. Ron was super pleasant, professional and truly knows his craft. He gave me a very competitive rate to fix my car and actually saved me money. The repairs did take longer than he promised (unexpected circumstances and a holiday) but he more than made up for it with his great communication skills and offers to provide me with a rental. Upon pick up the car was very carefully detailed and spotless. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend using Gerber Collision. They were GREAT to work with. A shout out to Don (the GM) and Noelle at the front desk too. Everyone was wonderful!!

Absolutely the best service I have ever had anywhere. I was notified daily on the progress they were making with estimates as to the day it would be ready. Greg was so genuinely interested in helping that he gave me his cell phone number to call him if I had any questions. I picked up the cleanest, newest-looking BMW convertible with a full tank of gas! Thank you immensely! I'll be back and will recommend you to everyone I know!!! First Class Care and Repair!!!!

It would have been more convenient if my car had been fixed a lot quicker than the two weeks it took but I really appreciate the customer service and the problem-solving of the staff. They compensated my rental car when I came to pick up my car and the damages weren't fully repaired during the check. I imagine that a number of other locations would have made it my problem and left me without a ride while they fixed the mistake.

I dealt with Emily M. and she was fantastic throughout the entire process. She called with updates on the status of my vehicle and helped me sort out an issue with my insurance company that ended up saving me a good deal of money. I would absolutely refer my friends and family to this Gerber location and would tell them to be sure and ask for Emily. She was the perfect combination of professional and personable.

Everyone at the Cheshire Bridge Road, Atlanta location--from the young lady at the front desk to our Allstate estimator to the gentleman who pulled up my car and helped me move my child safety seats from the rental car--was so professional and helpful throughout the process of having our vehicle repaired after a collision. Emily M. was my primary point of contact, and she kept me informed every step of the way. Emily was completely knowledgeable and inspired confidence with her friendly and professional approach. Thanks to all who worked on our car. The body work was as impeccable as the customer service. I would definitely recommend Gerber--and Emily--to friends and family without reservation, and would not hesitate to have any future body work done at Gerber as well.
