I LOVE THIS PLACE. THEY ARE ALL SO FRIENDLY. I RECEIVED CALLS ON THE STATUS OF MY REPAIRS AND THEY WERE DONE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. RYAN AND MARCIN WERE GREAT! I WILL TAKE ALL MY REPAIRS TO GERBER AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I CAN. THANK,S GUYS! HAVE A TAMALE FOR ME!!

The customer service and repair service were excellent. I would recommend Gerber to a friend. The only suggestion I have is add an automated text update to the customer that lets them know of updates on the repair with an estimated date for completion. My son had repairs to his car and once the shop started work, they would send daily updates and completion date. He could accept or opt out.

One of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Patiently answered all my questions. Called back with more questions, and they were just as friendly. They regularly updated me via text & sometimes via phone on the progress on the repairs. Giving me a percentage completed, so I can plan my week & rental needs. Because they have a relationship with Enterprise Rental, I was able to pickup my repaired car & drop off the rental at the same place. Thus saving me the time & trip to drop off the rental. The repairs were prefect. Can't tell the car was ever in an accident. Will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to family & friends.

I had a great experience with everyone there. Marty was able to hook me up right away and both vehicles got fixed professionally. I particularly had a spectacular time with Rudy C, who went the extra mile to take care of my 2012 Honda Crosstour. He cleaned up my headlights and made the car look like a show room vehicle. Thanks Rudy!

The entire Gerber crew were great. Rudy C. was fantastic. He went out of his way to accommodate me and took a interest in bringing my car back to where it was prior to the accident. I would not think of going anywhere else to get my car fixed. A true professional.

Unfortunately, I had to bring my car to Gerber twice in 3 months. OUCH!! But fortunately, I was lucky enough to deal with Alicia and Rudy. I was treated very well and thoroughly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

Rudy C. was excellent at communicating, even throughout delays due to supply chain issues. It says under job number "Dave C" so I'm assuming that's the technician that restored my car. He did wonderful work.. my car looks better than it did before the collision. It looks great and drives wonderfully. Five stars!
