Jessica was very friendly and helpful when I dropped my truck off - she even wanted to know what could be done to exceed my expectations. They worked quickly to have my truck finished ahead of schedule. The quality of repair was above and beyond what I expected - I will use Gerber the next time I need auto body work.

I came in on a Saturday and got an estimate from Tyler which was very reasonable and decided to choose Gerber to do the repair. The work was completed in only 3 days, as promised. I received excellent customer service, with updates from Rocio and phone calls about the progress of the repairs. The repairs were done and it looks great! They even did a little extra by repairing some scratches close to the required repairs. Very satisfied and will recommend them to others and would come back again.

It was a bit tough at the beginning since my clain was lost & did not hear back for weeks until I inquire again. However, once they realized what occurred, manger Ian was very apologetic and told me the truth of what happened. The truth about my claim regain my confidence. Once I brought my car in, the whole staff was helpful and they kept me notified on the progress. The service was fast, one day and the car looks like new again. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you!
