USAA suggested Gerber Collision & Glass to me to have my Ford, Edge repaired. I was totally and completely satisfied with not only the work done on the car, but the employees were fantastic. The front desk personal Mayra was professional, kind and helped me feel comfortable with the company. She arranged for my rental car and made it a smooth process. Moreover, the general manager, Ian was a great representation of what a company would like there general manager to be. I left happy, comfortable, and satisfied of the service that was not only on my Ford, Edge but how I was greeted as well as all of the employees I came in contact with. Thank you for making the collision with my SUV an easy transition.

This was my first experience with a collision company and I was absolutely delighted with the whole process. Scott, Lauren and Brian were all very professional, courteous and friendly. Customer service is definitely part of their company motto. My car was repaired in one day so there was no need to make arrangements for a rental which was much appreciated because that would have been one more expense. I will not hesitate to use their services again and will recommend the Tempe Gerber office to all my friends.
