Personnel at the center provided professional assistance and courtesy throughout the repair process. Work was excellent and additional potential maintenance issue was made known (worn battery cable). Would recommend to friends or relatives!

I am totally pleased and impressed with the fine service that I received when I took my van in to have it repaired after I had been side-swiped. The communication telling me about the progress of the work was outstanding. The amount of the estimate was accurate. Gerber furnished me with a rental car while my car was in their shop and they paid the entire rental fee at Enterprise. Jeffrey K. was super in customer relations. If I ever have another mishap with my car this is the first and only place I will take it. I highly recommend Gerber Collision an Glass to any and everyone I know.!

Chris R. was extremely helpful in helping me resolved the minor physical problem I had. He provided a reasonable estimate and fixed the problem immediately, actually providing the service gratis after determining the repair was simpler then previous determined . I've NEVER had that time of service. Will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends

Jessica at the front desk was superb. She was right on top of everything. With Alfie's help I was able to get my car done. And they payed for 5 days of my rental which was awesome.

I went to Gerber because my car kept stalling; and then wouldn't start there; come to find out it was my battery. They ordered my battery right away ; and a couple techs stayed late just to install it for me! Now that's customer service!! Thanks Gerber Collision you rock!!!

Our car was sideswiped on the left hand rear bumper and the person responsible had Allstate insurance. They came to the house and done the adjustment and told me to take it to Gerber at the Palo Verde address here in Tucson, Az in which I did. I entered the business and was greeted very very nicely by a young lady Mayra and she explained every thing to me then call on Brian to go with me to the car to look it over in which he did was very curtious person, and told me that they would have it ready in 3 days and at the same time there was a man there from Enterprise rental to take me to get a rental car such expediency it was awesome. So I got my rental car and then the next day she called me and said the car was ready to pick up wow couldn't believe it so I went to the shop and was again greated very graciously by Mayra and she called ... Brian to bring the car out so I could look at it and make sure I was satisfied with the work in which I was very very satisfied. So I asked Mayra what about the rental car she said she would take care of it they would come and pick it up and I didn't have to go to Enterprise to sign any papers as it was done before hand. I could have not asked for more better faster service and awesome work from anybody Hats off to all of you and many Cudo's. You have a very happy customer here if ever I need something like this again it will certainly be you guy's. Thanks again read more
