Picked up my car today and it looks great! This is my first time doing an insurance body work claim, and I wasn't looking forward to it. The people at the Glendale Gerber location were very professional, knowledgeable, and honest when assessing the damage to my car. Jeff K was outstanding, and his estimate was pretty much spot on, as was the time he figured it would take to do the job. I was very impressed with the level of service, and would have no hesitation in recommending Gerber Glendale to friends needing body work.

Great Outstanding services! Great customer services! Turn around time to get our Envoy back faster than stated. Mayra is very excellent at customer service.They even washed my car and buffed my headlight.Outstanding service on both ends.

I was referred to Gerber due to a fender bender. I was a little unsure about the service because it wasn't through my insurance company. My fears were unfounded, because Gerber did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. I was going on a trip out of town and needed my vehicle ASAP. They pre-ordered the parts and had everything waiting for my vehicle before I even dropped it off. They expidited 6 days of work in 2 days, because they knew i was going to be out of town!! This is where I will continue to bring my vehicles if I ever need their services again.

Gerber is clearly the best collision place that I've ver been to in my 25 years of driving a car. Gerber had the most amazing customer service...everyone was very helpful and very gracious. Not only was my car fixed quickly, but they are super fast doing it. Thanks again!

Definitely 5 Star Service. I was really impressed with the service I received. Jose was awesome and they did a beautiful job repairing the bumper. I was informed via text about the progress of the repair as well. Definately a enjoyable experience and will highly recommend

The service was exceptional. This is the third time my car has been repaired by Gerber..as always the damaged areas have come out looking brand new. I hope that this is the last time for repairs but if needed I will definitely return to Gerber.

This is the second time I have used Gerber and they have done a fantastic job!! Ian called me the day I dropped it off to inform me that the car would be ready the latest about a week after I dropped it off and I was surprised when they called me the next day that my car was ready. The job was well done and the service was great. I would recommend Gerber to other people.
