Jeffrey K. did a wonderful job. My mother and I both said how new my car looked when it left Gerber. I was really skeptical about the paint job. My car is a 2009 and I thought the color wasn't going to match. I was pleasantly surprised. The added bonus was the cleaning of my car's interior, which saved me a lot. I loved the text messages and phone calls I received during the whole process. I did not have to worry about anything. And when I picked up my car, Jeffrey took me around my car, showed me the beautiful work, and allowed me to leave my rental. He arranged for it to be picked up by enterprise. The whole process was easy and there weren't any hiccups on Gerber's end. Hopefully, I never get into another car accident, but if I do I will come back to Gerber. Thank you so much!!

The estimator was very thorough and friendly. He explained everything he did. The staff updated me on the repair progress almost everyday through texts and phone calls. They made sure all of the repairs that needed to be done were completed without me prompting them. I would recommend Gerber to my friends.

After contacting USAA, I was directed to call Gerber Collision & Glass. I was directed to contact Jessica S. who was my point person for my claim. It took short amount of time for estimate and within allotted days for repairs. The car looked good when I picked it up.

We are very pleased with the repairs done on our 4Runner. Our Estimator, Jeffrey was very thorough in explaining every facit of work that may be needed during the estimating process and kept us up to date during the repair process via e-mail and phone The job was completed two days ahead of schedule and when we went to pick up the vehicle, he explained every step of the repair process via photos. He even had the vehicle cleaned inside and out, the repair was incredible, great paint matching, looked like a vehicle! Great job!

My car caused an accident. Front left side was quite injured! Took it to Gerber. They explained everything that they would be doing in a calm sincere way, since I was quite upset.. They told me exactly how long it would take to fix the car, and a couple of days later called with what had to be done.. They kept me informed on how it was going and gave me a lead time of when it would be done. They had a rental car right there for me. When I picked up the car it looks so great, and everything they did was explained to me, as well as in the paper work for me to take home. I have some scrapes on my car and I would like Gerber to do that work in the future.. Really trust them to do excellent work..
