This is the best place I have ever been to for any car related issues! Steve was very friendly and answered any of the questions I had, and the ladies at the desk were sweet hearts. If I could come back here and use them as my everyday mechanic, I would jump on that the first chance I get. Thank you Glendale location for everything you do!

The entire staff from the receptionist through all the service department that I dealt with were courteous, helpful, and friendly. Thanks to Maddison at Progressive for suggesting Gerber since I likely would not have thought of them on my own. However should I ever need a body shop in the future they will be my first choice. Special thanks to Kevin for seeing my project through to the end in a very friendly and respectful manner.

Adam was outstanding in his customer service. I had an undercarrige rip off my Outlander. Adam crawled underneath, got the VIN number then procedded to get the spec sheet for the replacement parts. His expertise and diligence made my experience hassel free. Thanks Adam, I will def be back!

I really appreciated having Jeremy R. take care of my collision repair. He made sure that new parts were installed instead of repairing the damaged parts (the prior company wanted to use repair parts and not replace with new). He was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done. I appreciated him for walking me through and explaining in layman terms exactly what had to be done to get my car back to new. He was professional and Gerber should be thankful to have him as one of your team members. Great job Jeremy!

The customer service, the upper management to the mechanics and Francisco at the tint company, you all EXCEED 5 STARS!!!! They were quick, easy to talk to, and kept their word my vehicle would be fixed in 2 days. My 2014 Scion XB looks brand spankin NEW! They washed my vehicle as well. Gerber did an amazing job on my repair. They provided constant texts and phone calls to keep me updated on the progress. The car was delivered on time and the workmanship was excellent. It was also very convenient to return the Enterprise rental car at the Gerber location. Brian was great to work with!
