Just wanted to say that the service I received from Gerber Tempe this time was 1,000% better than the service I received back in 2012. In particular, Bill Huffine took great care to do warranty work with no questions asked, and the work appears to have been done correctly and in a timely manner. Great improvement!

The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. This is probably the best auto shop experience I have ever had. Jeff was great about communication with me on the status of the repair by both phone and email. Cassie always knew who I was when I called and so friendly on the phone. The truck came back as quick as they could possibly make it happen (which was fast!) and it looks great! Really a positive experience for a bad situation. I will defiantly be back for some more cosmetic stuff I want to have done on my truck!

Although no one enjoys dealing with automobile damage, from the initial visit through the completion of the repair, my experience with this Gerber Collision office was great. I was greeted in a pleasant manner, treated as if I was the most important customer they've ever had, and my estimator, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and was agreeable with the repair we wanted to do with this relatively minor damage. I would definitely return to Gerber but I hope I don't need to!

Anthony was very clear and helpful about the steps I needed to take with dropping off my car, getting a rental and everything that needed to be done to my car. He went above and beyond making my car look better than before the accident. Ruth at the front desk was always very pleasant/personable and would make you smile when she answered the phone.
