Everyone was nice and very easy to work with. Anthony was very clear and helpful about the steps I needed to take with dropping off my car, getting a rental and everything that needed to be done to my car. He went above and beyond making my car look better than before the accident. Ruth at the front desk was always very pleasant/personable and would make you smile when she answered the phone.

Over the years I've worked with Brian on a few different repairs and he is always very responsive, honest, a great communicator, a hard worker, and delivers an excellent result. I wish I could give 1,000 stars. I can't believe the amazing experience I had with this company. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday and it was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday morning. I had to replace the front and rear bumpers on a non stock vehicle. The insurance agent Jacque in their office was amazing. Very thorough but speedy. The convince of the rental car pick up right in the office was a huge plus. No running around. Another very quick process. Total drop off time was maybe 20 minutes. When I picked up my vehicle it looked fantastic and the cherry on top, they detailed my vehicle even the custom wheels!!! I was kept aware of the entire process the whole time and everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much for such an smooth and wonderful experience. Great work and great client service. I had the best experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! My new Honda Civic was in a minor fender bender and my insurance company suggested I get an estimate from Gerber. Since they are less than 5 minutes from my home, I decided to give them a try. I set up an appointment and met with Jeff K. who was very polite, professional and honest. I received an estimate and scheduled the work with Gerber once I received the okay from my insurance company. Jeff called me every day to give me an update on the repairs and my car was finished within the time frame specified. The repairs look amazing and my car looks brand new again. Such great service is so hard to come by these days and I am so appreciative! I will definitely use Gerber again in the future and will refer them to others!!

Overall happy with this company, they were speedy getting my vehicle done & was delivered incorrect headlights from the dealership twice & Gerber Collision offered me a rental car at their expense. After I received my vehicle back I did have an overheating problem & right away they sent a tow truck & they had a new fan put in the next day & it was completed that same day ! What sets Gerber Collision aside from thousands of other companies is their HONESTY. They called me to let me know that there had been an over payment on my part and that they were informing me that they would be refunding my money & were very apologetic & for that I am very grateful. Being a business owner myself I see first hand everyday how UN-Honest this world is & for this reason alone I will do business with them in the future
