I just wanted to write to Gerber Auto and say how very impressed I was with the amount of great Customer Service I received. From the Front Desk Receptionist Cassie, to the Auto Adjuster Jeff K.. They were very, very friendly and even remembered me by name. My car was repaired and practically looks like it did when I drove it off the car dealership. Thank you Gerber and take care.

AZ - 6108 N Travel Center Dr, Tucson - 10/1/16

Came to the center for help with a front-end lower damper problem. I did not have an appointment. I had pulled up to a concrete parking berm but didn't see the steel rod sticking up out of the concrete. When I backed up the rod caught on the damper and lower front bumper and pulled the whole thing loose. The Estimator, Jennifer R, was very courteous and took the van back to the shop. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Thank you Ms. Jennifer. She's a keeper!

I just wanted to take a minute and make some comments on what I feel was excellent service! My car was ready sooner than expected! Gerber kept me informed every step of the way and all prices and services were very clearly defined. Staff there is efficient, polite, and very professional. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Bill H. for his exceptional customer service! He was there to answer all my questions and went out of his way to insure that I was taken care immediately and that all repairs were done to my satisfaction!!! Mr.H is a perfect example of what any customer is looking for when dealing with a company...professional, efficient, and with a very positive attitude! I didn't enjoy getting my car into a wreck, but I enjoyed the service I received and the excellent work that was done on my car at Gerber! Higly recommended!

Car was ready earlier than promised. The work done was clearly explained and showed when picking up. I was kept informed of the progress by e-mail throughout and when it was ready early received a notification by e-mail and phone. Quality work and quality customer service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Cassandra at the front desk was so nice! She helped me out tremendously! Very sweet and kind we actually became friends! I would very much recommend this facility to anyone just because of her! Going in I had alot of stress about my vehicle and she assured me everything was going to be ok. Even though the outcome of the claim did not go exactly planned I still would return here just because of the genuine person she is!

Estimator Jeffrey K. was extremely professional, clean, and efficient. My vehicle came out looking like new! Jeffrey warned me that my vehicle was going to possibly be ready until after the weekend. However, he worked diligently to get my car ready by Friday.
