AZ - 3145 E Main St, Mesa - 11/3/16

I was backed into with a tow hitch, which completely ripped my passenger's side open. I was very upset due to this being a brand new car! The other party was found at fault of course. I called my insurance company and then I called Gerber! My car was towed within the half hour! They were in contact with me the entire time, gave me a detailed list of what had to be done, and I didn't have to deal with the other insurance company! They took care of everything! My car was there for about a month due to it having near $9000 worth of damage, but I was expected to get it Nov 18th and got it on the 2nd instead! I can say that I was very impressed by the work that was done! It looks like nothing ever happened to it! Came out of the shop looking like it rolled off the lot! Fully detailed, buffed, and waxed! The process was fast, easy, and quality ... work was done! The staff was also delightful. Thank you Bob and Jessica for making everything so easy! read more

Last week I had a touch up on some body work for my Tahoe and Bill at Gerber/Tempe demonstrated what customer service is all about. The work was done beautifully and on time. I will always go back to Gerber and I will always let others know this is the best place in Tempe to have their body work done. Thanks, Bill, my Tahoe looks new again.

Jeff K. was extremely helpful and kept me informed about the progress on my car. He was also very helpful in arranging transportation to my home and when the car was done, arranged to have me picked up and deliver me back to Gerber. Kathy, the receptionist was very courteous and pleasant and made you feel welcome. You have a good team at that location. P.S. The work on the car was A-1.
