It was great. Service tech helped me keep expenses down so that I would not have car "totaled". Also scheduled me for a repair at the same time but not related to accident. This not the first time I used you and it won't be the last.

Wow. Great service and courtesy. Done sooner than promised. Work looks perfect and the damage was pretty heavy. I took my Toyota Sennia back because I thought there was an electrical problem with the sliding back panels. Turns out I had (or my 5 year old granddaughter) turned off that function. Still, the Geico rep. RObert, the entire team, receptionist and manager Bill were just great. Need work done, go to Gerber on Priest in Tempe.

I told Paul I would be coming back, and I sure did! My car is a dent magnet but Gerber Collision adds a touch where they make it look better than before the dent! Very happy with the service, and reasonable cost too!

Repairs were done ahead of scheduled time estimated, through a very friendly Estimate Agent, Gentry M., as well as friendly office staff. I was kept abreast of each step of the repair process twice a week until finished and was even notified of additional repairs needed that could not be seen at the time of the original estimated due to the door not being able to be opened because of the damage. I really enjoyed the updates and will defiantly tell other about your company and I look forward to using your services again. Hopefully not for year(s) to come.

Jennifer did an outstanding job in assisting my son in getting his car repaired after is car was rear ended . She contacted the insurance company and handled all the paperwork needed to initiate the repair work. Gerber Collision did a great job in replacing the damaged parts and made the car look new again. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision repair shop to my friends and family.

I came in as a walk-in because my driver side exterior door handle came off. I must admit being a single Mom I was very skeptical and thought to myself "this place is surely going to try and charge me an arm and a leg." Much to my surprise Daryle said he would take care of it for me. I waited inside with my son for less than 15 minutes when Daryl came back in and said it was all done. I asked him how much i owed him and he said "oh i can't charge you for that, it would be wrong." He also advised me that the cap that holds the door on was missing. He said if you order it and come back by i can put it on for you. Guess what? I ordered it and went back the following Monday and he put it on free of charge. I just wanted to say thank you very much! I will definitely be using and recommending you in the future.

I just had my 2011 F150 fixed. It needed hood painted and some dings taken out. They did a great job. I got it back and they cleaned it so it looked like new. Love this place. They do what they say and are very friendly. Thanks guys'
