We were very pleased with the work and especially the followup of Gerber. They called us twice a week and gave us an update on our truck rather than leaving us guessing. Our truck looks great, like the day we bought it. We would not hesitate to use them again for any repair.

I too had a pleasant experience with your Kim. Having a car damaged by hail is no fun. She was very efficient and kept in touch all along. The car was ready when promised. As an employee she is a keeper.

After I was re-ended, I returned to Gerber (formally Big Sky) due to the most excellent service rendured previously. The repair was done in a timely manner, by friendly professional personel. Tara was particuraly helpful settting up the rental car. The workmanship is excellent. Other than the new paint has no scratches! it is an excellent match. The rear end door opens smoothly. Gerber made what can be a frustrating, annoying process go smoothly and easily. I would definetly recommend Gerber.

I cannot imagine getting such friendly, outstanding service from an auto company! I wish to let you know that Kim in reception was so helpful, constantly keeping me in touch as to how my repair was going - she just makes one feel GOOD even while waiting for the car to be returned. Then there is Hector - what an outstanding employee. I had lost an envelope {with money} in my car two months ago. I had given it up as lost. But Hector found it and returned it to me and refused a reward. Both these employees of your will forever be special in my mind.

The staff at Gerber was not only friendly and accommodating to my schedule (I was going out of time at the time that I dropped off my car to have my repairs done) but they called me and kept me posted on the status of my car and to my surprise, they THOROUGHLY washed my car as well as repaired it. Upon picking up my car, the damages were fixed beyond my expectations (they did an even better job then I had expected, fixing more then what I thought they would fix) and the car looked fantastic! Thank you, Gerber, for not only instilling trust in the auto repair business but making me feel like a valued customer. You have my business for life!
