I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PROFESSIONALISM WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY! I PROCRASTINATED TAKING CARE OF THE REPAIRS ASSUMING IT WAS GOING TO BE A DIFFICULT PROCESS. I WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG! I WILL REFER GERBER TO EVERYONE!

Service was beyond exceptional, been here several times now and always 100% satisfied. Absolute great customer service, everyone that works here that I've dealt with makes you feel so relaxed and helps relieve some of the stresses dealing with the damages. If I ever need any work done on my vehicles I wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Thanks for everything!

Someone rear-ended me 3 days before I was to move across country. It really shook me up even though the damage was minor. Gerber quickly fixed my car and even washed it. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful.

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with the service we received in repairing our Toyota Sienna. I have a broken ankle and as a result I am unable to drive. This obviously made it very difficult for us to drop the car off to be repaired. Michael Burke took care of everything. He made arrangements to pick my car up at the house and return it. He made it totally hassle free for us and in addition saved the insurance company the cost of a rental. On top of all that my car looks fabulous. Their ability to match the paint so perfectly is very impressive. We will be telling our friends. Thank you! I didn't realize that my car had been detailed. That made me even happier than I was which is hard to believe.

I'm getting to doing this later than I had anticipated and I apologize for that...A few weeks ago I had submitted another review over a weekend about my experience with Gerber which was definitely not a positive one. On the Monday following my submission the manager of the shop (Scott) had called and left me a message concerned about what I had written. We spoke later that day and I basically explained vocally what I had said in my review. He definitely showed real concern and listened to what I had to say about everything. I felt like he definitely cared about what I had to say and wanted to correct the wrongs and I can't express my appreciation enough for the way he handled everything. He had told me he would talk to the adjuster who handled my claim the next morning about how to do a better job - I believe - and I brought my car in the ... next day for him to check out. He fixed the part I had asked the previous adjuster to fix/look at/give me some idea of costs on and it looks amazing now. You can't even tell that it was cracked in the first place. I also showed him some issues I had with the way my light was repaired years ago when this same shop had repaired my car. Currently that still looks the same as it did but he assured me that he had ordered a part for it that was a quick thing to install which would make it look better which I haven't heard about/had done yet. He also had the car washed again and it was certainly a VIP wash which made it look even better with all the repair work that had been done. He got everything handled in a professional and timely manner and I feel infinitely better about the service and will feel even better about everything when the front light is fixed as well. Your business was recommended by my insurance company and a location was nearby. Immediately after the accident I had taken the vehicle to a collision center in Phoenix who estimated that the repairs would take 7 days, cost about $3000, and would not simply bend the fender back to make opening the driver's side door possible. Your company set up an appointment for an estimate, took photographs for the insurance claim, and bent out the fender to make the driver's door able to open at the initial visit. A quote given was less than $1000 with a repair time of about 3 days. Parts were ordered and came in a few days later. Your company helped arrange a rental during the repair and my vehicle was ready less than 48 hours after dropping it off. The customer assistance was excellent and I have already recommended your service to a coworker.
