Gerber Collision and Glass have done an excellent job with the repairs needed on my Ford Mustang. The staff was very diligent and paid very close attention to detail. Although I was without my vehicle for longer than anticipated, they would not release my vehicle to me without it being 100%. I was informed of any updates from the very friendly staff who at all times were professional and very helpful anytime we came in contact. I would HIGHLY reccommend any insurance agency and/or customer to go through Gerber Collision and Glass for any repairs they may need.

We had the BEST customer service with your staff at Gerber. Kim was very professional and friendly. Meg was also very helpful, friendly and curteous. (Even Hector was sweet). This is the 1st time I have ever had to use a collision repair company. I had contacted Geico at 7:30am by 9 the tow truck was at my house and with in a few hours Kim had contacted me. They estimated that the following Friday the car would be done. Even with a delay with Audi parts they came through. We picked up our car on Friday 1/27. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs their service. I can be your new Walking Salesperson! Please thank Kim and Meg for me for making the situation so painless and hasslefree.

Just wanted to leave a quick comment about the wonderful service I received at this Gerber Collision. Everyone here was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The bi-weekly status updates are extremely accommodating and my car came out looking brand new again. Hopefully, I dont have to come back because of an accident, but if I do get into one, I know exactly where I will be going! Thanks!!!!!

Gerber is the best, All of the staff were very polite and more than helpful. I called Alfie on Friday cause the regulators in two of my windows went out and my windows were stuck down, Raquel called me back on monday to let me know the parts were in, I brought my truck in on tuesday on my lunch break and by the time i got off work at 430 my truck was finished and ready for my pickup and on top of that it had been cleaned at no cost to me.Anytime there was a change or an update on my work i got a call from Raquel to let me know. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Tucson but Gerber when it comes to my truck.

I found my experience here at Gerber Collision very satisfying. They had my car fixed in a timely manner and provided good guest service. Xavier Murrieta especially, he was very friendly and we had a good conversation. I will definitely refer people to Gerber colission and hopefully this doesn't happen again but if it does i'll know where to gol

I am sorry I did not get a chance to say goodbye before heading back to California. My husband and I were very impressed with your ability to keep us informed and we were very impressed with the ability of your company to complete the job so quickly and so well. We were pleased to find that not only was the car washed and shined, but the interior was also cleaned. What excellent service from all. We have put 1000 miles on the car without any problems. On Saturday when I picked up the car a nice young man also helped load all of our luggage from our rental car into our car and even helped us program my new Gps unit to get to my sons home in L.A. Thanks to all at Gerber
