I have never used a body shop before in my life. Nor have I dealt with an insurance claim before. Every staff member at this location was extremely helpful through every step of my repair process. Vivian was informative and guided me through the steps of claiming the damage through Farmers insurance. She even got me the rental car I wanted! The shop Manager Wayne was attentive to every detail in the estimate he gave me as well as answering all my questions about the quality of work provided at Gerber. He was more than happy to research the parts that would be used to restore my car to better than new. Everyone in the shop was knowledgeable and obviously skilled in their jobs. Alfie knew what I needed before I asked, Steven and Ryan kindly explained the process by which my car would be disassembled , prepped, repainted and again ... reassembled. After my collision repair, I have continued coming to Gerber for a monthly car detail service. They always do an outstanding job on the car both inside and out, paying attention to the little things - going that extra mile to make the customer happy. Even more importantly, the professional customer service I always receive is beyond anything I have ever experienced. The office staff is friendly, welcoming, accomodating and very professional. It is so refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service in today's day of automation and people who just don't care. I was completely satisfied. I was called and given an update on my car and was very satisfied with the customer service and would definately use them again and recommend them. The free 5 day rental car service was a definate reason I used them in the first place because I do not have rental insurance with Allstate so that was a pluss.

He was courteous, helpful, and followed up twice a week to advise me on the status of the repair. Upon pickup, the vehicle looked better than before the accident. Very satisfied. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Loved getting update texts. Repairs were done quick, even did extra for free...I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.
