I was completely satisfied. I was called and given an update on my car and was very satisfied with the customer service and would definately use them again and recommend them. The free 5 day rental car service was a definate reason I used them in the first place because I do not have rental insurance with Allstate so that was a pluss.

I came to Gerber after viewing many positive reviews on Google Maps / Yelp. Jacques was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous, helpful, and followed up twice a week to advise me on the status of the repair. Upon pickup, the vehicle looked better than before the accident. From the beginning, Alfie and Wayne were very helpful at this location. Wayne get in touch with me to let me know where we were in the process of getting my car fixed. Today I picked up my car and it actually looked like it was brand new. The receptionist, Vivian was very helpful as well and very polite at all times. I will let others know what a great service.

The service received was excellent. They completed the repairs in an extremely timely manner. They were very understanding and cooperative with my situation. The customer service was wonderful! Sam was great at the front desk and very friendly. The same goes for Rudy. I will most definitely recommend Gerber to others and will more than likely bring my vehicle back, if needed.
