Extremely pleased with the work done on my bumper(facia),color is perfectly matched, only took a few days to complete..the rental car was the perfect size for me..The STAFF was wonderful! They always returned my many calls & kept me abreast of the situation step by step..Always pleasant, courteous & patient (especially the two front desk girls!) The rental car agent was also very accomodating..

I had the pleasure of working with the manager at Gerber Collision ,Wayne NcCollum. Wayne gave me an estimate to fix my Honda Pilot. Wayne and the team at Gerber were very professional. I was updated frequently on the progress of my bumper repair via telephone and e-mail. My car was repaired at lightning speed. I was told the repair would take 2 days, to my surprise it took only one. The repair job looked fantastic! While my car only came in for a bumper repair, I found my faded headlights polished and looking better than before. My car was also spic and span. Great job to Wayne and crew! Laura Cooke

I have never used a body shop before in my life. Nor have I dealt with an insurance claim before. Every staff member at this location was extremely helpful through every step of my repair process. Vivian was informative and guided me through the steps of claiming the damage through Farmers insurance. She even got me the rental car I wanted! The shop Manager Wayne was attentive to every detail in the estimate he gave me as well as answering all my questions about the quality of work provided at Gerber. He was more than happy to research the parts that would be used to restore my car to better than new. Everyone in the shop was knowledgeable and obviously skilled in their jobs.
