We were very satisfied with every aspect of the service. Megan Olson was always courteous, professional and called regularly to update us on the status of the repair. Also whenever I called whoever I talked with always took their time and answered any & all my questions. The car looked as good ad new when it was finished & it was done promptly, I would definitely refer this company to anyone in need.

Once my truck was in the hands of Tyler at Gerber, I didn't know what to expect. I knew the damage wasn't very bad. But Tyler called every day to keep me informed of what was going on and when to expect completion of work. He would promise to call on a certain day at a certain time and did just that. His voice came across strong, concerned and friendly. When I finally picked up my truck it had been cleaned in and out and looked brand new. Perhaps it was just the new bumber. My truck was built in 1998. I'm almost sorry I won't be listening to and seeing Tyler. Like a doctor he has a good bedside manner.

Perfect!!! The job was timely, actually completed ahead of schedule. I was kept up to date on the status of my car. What really got me was when I was dropping off my car, during the process I was trying to retrieve my baby car seat from my vehicle so that I can transfer it to the rental vehicle, one of the staff saw that I was having difficulty, he ran out and assisted me straight away.

Extremely pleased with the work done on my bumper(facia),color is perfectly matched, only took a few days to complete..the rental car was the perfect size for me..The STAFF was wonderful! They always returned my many calls & kept me abreast of the situation step by step..Always pleasant, courteous & patient (especially the two front desk girls!) The rental car agent was also very accomodating..

I had the pleasure of working with the manager at Gerber Collision ,Wayne NcCollum. Wayne gave me an estimate to fix my Honda Pilot. Wayne and the team at Gerber were very professional. I was updated frequently on the progress of my bumper repair via telephone and e-mail. My car was repaired at lightning speed. I was told the repair would take 2 days, to my surprise it took only one. The repair job looked fantastic! While my car only came in for a bumper repair, I found my faded headlights polished and looking better than before. My car was also spic and span. Great job to Wayne and crew! Laura Cooke
