As usual they all did an awsome job. I brought our jeep in for repairs earlier this year and were very nice, informative and did a great job in a very timly manner. The truck was a surprise that it was done as quick as it was. I tell poeple to try gerber and we will also use you if the need arises!!

I CAME IN FOR A REPAIR ON MY WINSHIELS AND THE SERVICE HERE WAS EXCELLENT. FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE DOOR, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED ME WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I AM VERY HAPPY TO HAD DONE SERVICE HERE AT GERBER.

Alfie and the team at Gerber did a great job!! With the coupon that was available, Gerber had the best prices. I chose Gerber since it was a USAA Star Facility and the proximity to my home. I went in on a Friday morning for a quote, and brought my car back around noon to start the repair. I was quoted 3 days to complete the repair, but Gerber beat their promised time by a full day. So far the paint and body work look great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.I was told it would take three days for the work to be done on my van .I brought it in on monday and they had it ready to go tuesday morning .They even vaccumed out my van and washed it too!Everyone there was awesome I would definently bring my car here for repairs .Thank you !!!

My experience with Gerber Collision was great. Alfie was such a big help. I was really pleased with the entire service. I received text message updates on my cars progress, and my car was ready before they said it would be. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to friends and family.

Stopped by to see if the shop could help me install a replacement power side mirror on my truck. I didn't have the tools to remove the door card myself and didn't want to risk damaging it. They took my vehicle outback right away and 20 minutes later were done. When I tried to pay for it I was told it wasn't a big deal and that they wouldn't charge me anything for the service. This is customer service, you have earned a customer for life. I have been putting off getting some touchup work done on my wife's car but I will definately bring it by. A p.s. from my earlier survey. After looking at the repair area, I noticed the workers had not only cleaned that area but the whole car, PLUS the headlights that were pretty well fogged over.How many repair shops would do that?

Kent Francis was my Gerber associate and he did exactly what he promised. He told me that Gerber was going to put my vehicle back to the way it was when new and they did. Even putting the extra touches on my vehicle that made old parts seem new again so it didnt look like old and new parts put together. This made my wife happy which intern made me very happy. Thanks very much for the wonderful service Kent Francis and the Gerber team.
