Stephanie and Tyler were amazing. The entire experience was wonderful, despite having to repair my car! The entire staff was very polite. Before the receptionist could ask me to have a seat and Stephanie would be over in a moment, she was already coming around the corner to greet me. She let me know it would be a few minutes while she got her papers together to go look at the car damage to be repaired. I was only there about 20 minutes and you could tell they really cared. Stephanie was very understanding when I told her I would have to drop off my car on a certain day and time because I was going out of town and wanted to come back to a repaired car. Tyler was very helpful when it came to me dropping off the car and then storing it after it was completed and I was not home yet. I was told it would take a week to complete and that was ... going to be perfect because I was going to be gone for one week. My car was completed in 3 days and safely stored until I returned. What made me happy was I wasn't charged a storage fee like most shops do! The cost was very reasonable and the least expensive in the area, for not going through my insurance. I was really delighted with a Gerber Team service! Firstly, repair was done during short period of time (only 3 days)-exactly was I was told when I dropped of my car, without any delays with parts delivery or any other excuses. For me it was very important because I was paying 18$/day Enterprise Car insurance. Secondly, result exceeded my expectations: beside repair they cleaned very thoroughly my car and I got my glass covers of front lights polished for free! Thirdly, team is really great, friendly, caring and professional. I have never had that excellent experience with car repair before, and if it would not be so great, I would not provide this feedback ;-). Thank you Vivian, thank you Wayne, thank you Gerber!

I received amazing service from the moment I walked in the door until the time I left. Wayne kept in touch with me throughout the entire repair process. I felt well informed and the way he treated with me was very professional yet friendly. The car looks amazing! I don't think it has ever been this clean. Looks beautiful. I will definitely use Gerber's again in the future and I would highly recommend the company and Wayne to anyone!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Gerber Collision. From day one that my vehicle was brought into their shop I received a call from Bill, who would be my best friend over the next month and a half while my car was being repaired from an accident. Bill called me every Tuesday and Thursday without fail to keep me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. He was always very sweet and accomodating. His customer service is like no other I have every experienced. He went above and beyond my expectations and I am so grateful for his kindness! He made, what I thought was going to be a horrible experience, a very good one. Thank you Bill Hommen for everything! Gerber Collision is very lucky to have such an amazing employee!

I wanted to take time to write to you today to commend Kent and his staff's work on my car. I was very happy with the work that they did and with the accuracy of the estimate with which I was provided. When I picked up my car, I almost felt as though I had purchased a new car. On top of their quality body work, I was happy to see that they detailed the car. From start to finish, Kent demonstrated professionalism and a thorough knowledge of his art. I do apologize, but I met another one of the gentlemen (Josh?) as well and I could not thank him enough for his work. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for the routine email updates during the repair process. The times I spent in your front waiting room the atmosphere was always relaxed, orderly, and business-like; even when it got busy. That can be a difficult thing to do when there are demanding customers but the Gerber crew pulled it off. I don't like the idea of coming back because that means my car got hit again. But if I had to, I'd be pleased to return to Gerber Collision and recommend to other auto owners.
