I want to thank all of the employees at this location for going above and beyond in their attention to what I needed even when I had no idea what I was doing. When I showed up I was at the wrong body shop altogether but instead of telling me where else to go they decided to deal with the insurance company for me and do the work right there instead. The whole process could have been so much more difficult if it wasn't for one especially helpful estimator named javonne kledis who was able to clear everything up. If there is any way to give her the recognition she deserves then I hope this will compel whoever is reading to do something so that happens because she really deserved it. Also I want to mention and thank the employees who cleaned up my car at the garage for making it look more spectacular than It had when I bought it new. Thanks ... to everyone at gerber. read more
