I have always trusted Gerber with all of my vehicles. In March i took my vehicle to Gerber and Alfie P. is the gentleman who assisted me. I could not have asked for yet another great experience. Alfie made sure i was always kept informed of updates and conditions of my vehicle. After Gerber completed their part of the services my vehicle was sent to the dealership for further repairs and although my vehicle was in there longer than anticipated, Alfie reassured me that everything would be taken care of which it was. They are number 1 in customer service and quality! When I got my vehicle back it looked like it just came off the lot! You would never be able to tell there was any damage to it, and the color was a perfect match considering my vehicles color is not a basic black or white color. Excellent notification process. The staff was great and very friendly - Stephanie & Emily are wonderful and very helpful. My car was done earlier than promised and looked amazing. Will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

If I could give ten stars to Gerber Collision on Priest Drive in Tempe I would. We took our car in for a damage estimate and they did it in 15 minutes taking pictures of the damage and all sides of our car. They emailed us within a short time all the pictures and the estimate for the repairs we needed. The manager, Joe, who assisted us responded quickly to all my emails with my questions regarding the needed repairs. Joe told us it would take two to three days for the repairs and we asked if they would do some additional work that would be an out of pocket expense to us. They said yes and their quote was extremely reasonable. We got out car back when promised and it looks fantastic. The warranty on the work they provided will lasts as long as we own the car. Gerber knows we are moving out of state and assured us if we had any issues with ... the repairs, they would find someone in our area to honor their work if there was no Gerber Collision. I can't say enough positive comments about this Gerber Collision in Tempe but be assured if you take your car there you WILL NOT be disappointed. Very professional, estimate was fully explained to me line item by line item. Some recommendations were given to me and fully explain the reasoning for the recommendations (needed new bumper, was torn and parts missing, I was unaware). Car delivered on time as promised. Work was excellence.

Out of 5 stars, I would rate Gerber Collision & Glass 5 stars. They did a wonderful job fixing all the repairs that the car needed and in a timely fashion. I really liked how they stayed in touch throughout the whole process and their customer service was great. I would definitely bring my car in again to Gerber for any future collision repairs.
