I was very pleased with the service I was provided with from start to finish. All parties involved from my insurance with Liberty Mutual, Enterprise Car Rental and Gerber Collision and Glass did an outstanding job of keeping me informed as to what was being done to repair my car . I was very pleased to be the first have the Valet Service provided to have a rental car delivered and my car taken to be repaired at Gerber. It saved me from having to take my car in and wait for a rental car. I'm on disability and have trouble getting in and out of vehicles and this program was perfect for someone like me! Gerber Collision was the most highly recommended choice available to me from USAA, and I do not for a moment regret choosing y'all. At no point did I have any doubts or concerns that my car was being taken care of. I was kept appraised of the repair and even found out the status of my deductible from y'all before my bank had informed me. Jordan was especially helpful. The fact that I was given the excess from the Stripe kit obtained for my repair was above and beyond what I would come to expect from any repair shop. If ever I need a repair in the future, Gerber collision will be my first and only call.

Jeffrey K, our estimator, did an excellent job of taking care of the repairs on our vehicle. He determined everything that needed fixing and made sure it was done properly. He also kept me informed throughout the process and actually got the job done ahead of time! In addition, Gerber cleaned our vehicle, and it looked like it had been detailed. I feel that Jeff and Gerber went above what I had expected and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone needing repair work. William L. B
