I was very pleased with the service I was provided with from start to finish. All parties involved from my insurance with Liberty Mutual, Enterprise Car Rental and Gerber Collision and Glass did an outstanding job of keeping me informed as to what was being done to repair my car . I was very pleased to be the first have the Valet Service provided to have a rental car delivered and my car taken to be repaired at Gerber. It saved me from having to take my car in and wait for a rental car. I'm on disability and have trouble getting in and out of vehicles and this program was perfect for someone like me! I would highly recommend this program for everyone disabled or not. It is a real time saver . Thank You to all the parties involved to make this unfortunate situation an easy one to deal with. Gerber kept me informed of all that they were ... doing to repair my car and sent me emails with an estimate and pictures of all the steps required to repair my car and it came out like new! Gerber Collision was the most highly recommended choice available to me from USAA, and I do not for a moment regret choosing y'all. At no point did I have any doubts or concerns that my car was being taken care of. I was kept appraised of the repair and even found out the status of my deductible from y'all before my bank had informed me. Jordan was especially helpful. The fact that I was given the excess from the Stripe kit obtained for my repair was above and beyond what I would come to expect from any repair shop. If ever I need a repair in the future, Gerber collision will be my first and only call.
