I JUST WANT TO SAY, THE SERVICE WAS GREAT ! JENNIFER WAS AMAZING, ALWAYS KEPT ME INFORM WITH EACH STEP THAT WAS BEING DONE TO MY VEHICLE. I WOULD DEFINETLY BRING MY VEHICLE BACK TO GERBER FOR ANY REPAIRS IN THE FUTURE (HOPEFULLY I WON'T HAVE TO). I WILL DEFINETLY SUGGEST GERBER TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS IF THEIR VEHICLES EVER NEEDED REPAIRS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

From the time I met with Jeff K for an estimate until the car was delivered was outstanding. He was extremely cordial and helpful in all aspects of the claim. The repair was done exactly to his estimate and then the car was washed and cleaned inside. It was immaculate! What was done was so much more than we expected. I'm sure it was a team effort for which we are so appreciative! Jeff gets our nomination for employee of the Year!

Wonderful service; courteous personnel; and repairs done soooo quickly. Chris was nice enough to repair/paint/buff some chips on the auto. I am just too thrilled!! Absoultely recommend!

Everyone should have at least one dream car in their life. Mine was badly crunched in a parking lot. Gerber was recommended by my insurance company. Good call! Customer service by Jorge and detailing by Modesto after repair was excellent in every way. I never met the men who worked their magic out back, but they restored my car to "showroom" condition. The folks at Gerber are "Professional" in every sense of the word.
