My experience with Gerber Collision was great. At the beginning of the process, there was a bit of confusion with Safeco + the claim number assigned to my car by Safeco (it had already been taken!) but Jennifer and everyone at Gerber helped solve the problem very professionally and quickly. The end result of the work done by Gerber Collision on my car looks awesome. I did an extensive overlook at the end product and could not find any problems, or spots of concern.

SERVICE WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND APPRECIATED. THEYHANDLED HELPING ME WITH GETTING MY RENTAL AS WELL AS POLISHING THE HEADLIGHT THAT WASNT BEING REPLACED JUST AS A COURTESY SINCE BOTH WERE NOT BEING REPLACED AND ONE IS VERY FOGGY. GREAT JOB!

Days before Thanksgiving my windshield was scheduled to be repaired by a different company that unfortunately was not able to complete the job. Luckily my insurance company was able to contact Gerber Collision & Glass and with utmost professionalism they were able to replace my front windshield within 24 hours. They were fast and reliable. They were also very thorough and explained every detail about the work done. After explaining my lack of another vehicle to get home and around for work they set me up with reliable transportation. They did a great job and have found a new customer for life! Thank you so much for everything you did. Ruth and John are just amazing people!
