Charlie A. and the rest of the employes at Gerber Collision were by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle through the GEICO adjuster. Charlie went over the repairs done to my vehicle . He made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. I left feeling satisfied and assured if I had any problems or concerns in the future regarding the repairs Charlie or someone at Gerber would be available to assist me. I will highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone needing their services.

Jeffrey called and text me once a week to update me on how things were going with my car and when I had questions or concerns he reassured me that my car was in great hands. and now that I have my car back he was right, it runs and look just like new.
