i greatly appreciate their service, if there was an issue with fitting or paint, they were quick to repair and correct their mistake. The estimated time of completion took a bit longer than expected but thats the price to pay for quality service. I am highly satisfied with the end result of this entire mishap. i felt like they were going to take good care of my vehicle. I knew that it would return to me in better shape. They kept me in constant contact and provided me with updates daily. I thank them all.

Charlie A. and the rest of the employes at Gerber Collision were by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was kept updated on the progress of my vehicle through the GEICO adjuster. Charlie went over the repairs done to my vehicle . He made sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. I left feeling satisfied and assured if I had any problems or concerns in the future regarding the repairs Charlie or someone at Gerber would be available to assist me. I will highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone needing their services.

Jeffrey K. was the person who took care of the repairs on my car and He did an outstanding job. Jeffrey called and text me once a week to update me on how things were going with my car and when I had questions or concerns he reassured me that my car was in great hands. and now that I have my car back he was right, it runs and look just like new.
