I worked with Leah W. getting an estimate and having the damage to my Raptor repaired. My experience started off on a sour note because of the insurance company for the person that hit me. Thanks to the interaction Leah had with Assurance America, things quieted down and seemed to go smoothly. Hopefully I'm finished with them. I got my truck back yesterday, and I was extremely pleased at the outcome. The side panel and the tailgate looked good. The gaps were as they were when new. The paint matches and seems flawless. So far I don't see any orange peel. All in all, Gerber did a great repair job, and I was fortunate to have Leah as my estimator and go to person for my questions and concerns. Estimator Jeff K. was professional, responsive, and very fair with me. I literally could not have wished for a better experience. Although you never look forward to having to turn to a body shop via a collision, I would never choose to anyone else. I have recommended Gerber to friends. Receptionist Sara was equally as nice. Leah W. was phenomenal to work with. I dropped off my car, handed her the keys and she exceeded my expectations. Leah kept in constant contact using text messages every step of the way. My vehicle was completed one day ahead of schedule. It was also very convenient that they have an Enterprise Rental agency on-site with available vehicles. The rental vehicle was reserved and delivered as promised.

I was impressed by every aspect of how my collision damage was handled from the time Walked through the door by Sarah the receptionist, and especially Jeffrey the estimator, who was very thorough and easy to understand the process! The body shop did a outstanding job on the repairs and paint, etc. in the shop, even the car interior was cleaned prior to a eary completion! Thanks to everyone! My GLK Mercedes looks great!
