Javier G was absolutely fantastic yesterday! I noticed that the oil pan under the front of my vehicle was hanging because it was missing a screw. It was almost the end of his shift, yet he took my vehicle to the garage and fixed the problem for me and send me on my merry way without charging me! One satisfied customer! Thank you Javier!!!!

I had a fender-bender in November 2025, my fault. My insurance provider American Family highly recommended Gerber Collision & Glass for repairs. I left my Prius at the shop in Anthem, AZ on Monday afternoon, January 12; and I was told that if they didn't find anything major it would take 3-5 days to finish. The wrong fender was sent the next day or so, a replacement was expected by Friday, the supplier didn't replace until Tuesday, January 20. Some things can't be helped, I get that. The real frustration during that time was that I was promised call-backs (that didn't happen) at least 4 times. I did not expect to be able to pick up my car until Friday; but I got a call yesterday that I could pick up in a few hours @ 4:15 pm! Gerber collision in anthem Arizona. Javier and the team are awesome. They do awesome work. This is the second vehicle they have fixed for me and let me tell you they do awesome work. They are very communicative. They communicated with me every step of the way. The front office is also awesome. Very professional suite very understanding. They do excellent work if I could give them 50 stars, I would give them 50 stars curb collision and have Arizona keep up the good work you guys rock.

The Gerber Collision in Anthem completed impeccable work as always. Specifically Javier S. was amazing to work with! He's extremely thorough, wonderful communicator, and completed excellent work on my Dodge Challenger. He was very kind and caring when I was explaining the accident and vehicle damage-it was tough for me to explain and he understood exactly what I was trying to communicate. I appreciate also that he left detailed voicemails on the progress-I was not a great client in answering the phone due to my work but I got every message same day and felt included in the process through the updates. A while back I bumped a low curb with the front of our 2016 PRIUS. NOW our Prius is good as new thanks to GERBER Collision. They did an amazing job my truck was even cleaned when it was done. This was a cash job no insurance they took great care of me and kept me updated. It took one extra day that originally said which wasn't a big deal. Javier was very helpful and kept me updated.
