Wow! What a great experience at Gerber! Farmers recommended them and they were not my normal goto body shop but I was open to trying them out. Am I glad I did! The work was done a day early. I am OCD with a really high expectation. 9 out of 10 repair shops/mechanics/contractors disappoint me. I was ready for "the usual". But the work was exemplary! I was so pleased that I went in to thank them personally. Then I got into my car...they had detailed it like brand new! I have seven kids and that car was trashed. Now I want to sleep in it. Hats off to Gerber and their team. I highly recommend!

I took my car into Gerber today to look at a small rough spot on the hood that I was unable to remove. Nicole W. looked at it and immediately determined that it was from tree sap. She sprayed it with a solution and used a soft tool that completely removed it. She would not bill me, and she was done in 7 minutes. I'm very impressed with the expertise and customer service here. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends.

Unbelievable service! From the receptionist/scheduler Marilyn to the technician/manager Troy everyone was professional, through and personable. Communication was frequent and transparent. My car was returned in like-new condition both inside and out. Gerber Collision on Jackson road takes customer service to a whole new level!
