Micky the Front Office Manager was very hospitable and helpful. Vo the Estimator was very knowledgeable and professional in obtaining an Estimate of Repairs. He explained everything that they would have to repair in order to return my vehicle to the condition prior to the accident. The Body Shop Technicians did a superb job in making my vehicle look new again. Micky estimated the time of completion, and my vehicle was completed as promised. I had a great experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. I recommend them to anyone who has the need for Automobile Body Work.

I would 100% recommend Gerber in Albertville to anyone. The whole experience was extremely smooth, communication was awesome, all employees were extremely helpful and friendly, and work was completed in a very timely fashion. I was able to see updates on when the vehicle would be finished via a text link they sent after I dropped my vehicle off. Area of damage now looks perfect! Huge bonus surprise....the vehicle was detailed even on the inside when I picked it up! I doubt anyone can beat this place!
