When I tell you I went in that palce with HIGH EXPECTATIONS they exceeded that. They were friendly, fast explained everything to me for safety reasons. Those guys are hands down the best. I would 100% recommend Gerber in Albertville to anyone. The whole experience was extremely smooth, communication was awesome, all employees were extremely helpful and friendly, and work was completed in a very timely fashion. I was able to see updates on when the vehicle would be finished via a text link they sent after I dropped my vehicle off. Area of damage now looks perfect! Huge bonus surprise....the vehicle was detailed even on the inside when I picked it up! I doubt anyone can beat this place!

Start to finish the customer service was excellent. Our garage door came down on our rear window and caused quite a bit of damage. Walking in the door we were greeted by a friendly, helpful receptionist. From the a guy assessed the damage and told us exactly what would happen from there & what would need to be replaced. We were informed every step of the way and to our surprise, the car was done a couple days before we expected it to be. The work is excellent. You can't even tell that there was damage. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody needing body work done. A+ service!

They made the whole process completely painless. They even cleaned the inside of my car. In particular Angel took care of literally every detail with perfection. Very professional. Wow! What an amazing group of professionals that operate in integrity and honesty in all they do. Angel, the technician, does amazing! She has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist in achieving the desired outcome. She cares for your vehicle as if it were her won. My vehicle was detailed by Tom inside and out and looked better than when I brought it in. I love the team work here and highly recommend them for your repairs! Great place. Great people. I was really pleased with the work of your employees. The fender and wheel liner were reattached and brought back the appearance and drive-ability of my car. During the process, your employee bumped out an old dent at no charge and washed and vacuumed the vehicle. I felt that your service went above and beyond what I expected. Thanks so much.

I am giving a 5 Star review due to the honesty and integrity with which Jean, Jay, and Josh took care of my vehicle's issue. I arrived with a malfunctioning driver's side door on my Ford Escape. They took the time to discover that Ford has issued a repair program for this problem and gave me a printed copy to take to a local Ford Dealer saving me expensive repair costs.
